Description
American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with 2+ years of experience for an outpatient clinic setting in Carbondale, CO, working 4x10-hour shifts per week including Saturdays.
Details
- Outpatient clinic setting treating a variety of diagnoses focused on improving strength, ROM, balance, safety, and function
- Schedule consists of four 10-hour shifts per week; days will vary and include a Saturday
- Minimum 2 years of PT experience required; 3–5 years preferred
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required; 3–5 years preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required
- Active Colorado PT license (DORA) or Compact license valid for Colorado required; license required if applicable
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association required
- Flu vaccine required; no exemptions
- DOB or SSN required for consideration
Additional Information
- Responsibilities include patient evaluation, development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, and education of patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
- Position was created due to increased patient volume with a goal of reducing wait times
- Candidates must reside at least 75 miles from the facility to be eligible; no local candidates accepted
- Colorado requires a CAPS background check, which may take up to two weeks to obtain
- The facility offers furnished studio and one-bedroom apartments available for rent directly through the facility, located approximately half a block away — contact your recruiter for details
