Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position in Chattanooga, TN, requiring at least 2 years of L&D experience and active fetal monitoring certification.
Details
- Labor & Delivery unit at a 128-bed hospital in the greater Chattanooga, TN area
- Day shift schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active RN license — TN state license or Compact license required
- Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience required
- Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start)
- Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification required (AWHONN or NCCEFM)
- NRP Advanced 9th Edition certification required
- US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
- One professional reference required (two required if licensed in Florida or Missouri)
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
- The facility is part of the HCA Healthcare system and holds Joint Commission Top Performer recognition
- The hospital offers Level III NICU services on site
