Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU RN with strong PICU and CV experience for a 14-week night shift travel assignment requiring WI or compact RN licensure.

Details

• Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU (CVPICU) setting within a children's hospital
• High-acuity pediatric cardiovascular patient population
• Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (3x12-hour shifts)
• Schedule runs Monday through Friday with every other weekend required
• Some holiday coverage required
• Epic EMR — experience required

Requirements

• Active WI RN or compact RN license currently in hand
• Current AHA BLS and PALS certifications required
• Strong Pediatric ICU experience required; at least 1 year of cardiovascular (CV) experience required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-acuity hospital setting
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must pass a Telemetry test prior to starting the assignment

Additional Information

• First-time travelers will be considered with a minimum of 3 years of high-acuity hospital experience
• Candidates with strong Level II PICU experience may be considered
• Telemetry test must be completed and passed before being cleared to begin work
