Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel Occupational Therapist with acute care hospital experience and active CA licensure for a 13-week assignment requiring Epic proficiency and a willingness to float between facilities statewide.
Details
- Acute care hospital setting
- Day shift schedule, Sunday through Thursday, 8-hour shifts (8:00–16:30)
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active OT license; CA state license required (pending license not accepted)
- Minimum 1 year of OT acute care experience
- Epic EMR experience required
- BLS certification required if applicable
- Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
- Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
Additional Information
- First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
- All travelers are expected to float between facilities within California; refusal to float may result in termination of assignment
- RTO is limited to no more than 7 days for the duration of the assignment
- Navy or khaki scrubs required
- Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility
