Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Level IV NICU position requiring a minimum of 2 years of NICU experience and NRP certification.
Details
- Level III/IV NICU in a children's hospital setting
- Day and night shifts available, 12-hour shifts (7:00am–7:30pm or 7:00pm–7:30am)
- 3x12-hour shifts per week
- Monday through Friday availability required, with 2–3 weekends per 6-week scheduling period
- Patient population includes post-op patients and complex neonates requiring advanced respiratory support
Requirements
- Active WI or Compact RN license required
- Current AHA BLS and NRP certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of NICU experience at Level III or IV (combined), with at least 1 year specifically in a Level IV NICU
- Experience with post-op patients, G-tubes, and trach/vent management required
- Proficiency with various modes of invasive and noninvasive ventilation required
