Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with 2+ years of Pulmonary Function Testing experience for an outpatient, Monday–Friday day shift position in Boston, MA.

Details

• Outpatient respiratory therapy setting
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM schedule
• 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts
• No weekends and no major holidays
• Performs Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT) as a core responsibility
• Procedures include arterial blood gas collection, bronchodilator administration, pulmonary diagnostics, and equipment calibration
• Epic EMR experience preferred; Vyntus PFT and SentrySuite experience also preferred
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are subject to a local pay rate

Requirements

• RRT credential required
• Active MA Respiratory Care License required at time of consideration
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience performing Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT)
• Valid, non-expired driver's license required
• Two professional references required: at least one must be manager-level or above and include a performance evaluation; one must be within the last 12 months and the other within the last 3 years
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include accurate documentation and same-day charge capture
• Prior travel assignment reference preferred for at least one of the required references
• References cannot be provided by another traveler
