Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced NICU RN with at least 2 years of Level III/IV experience, including a minimum of 1 year in a Level IV NICU, for a 13-week travel contract in Wisconsin.
Details
- NICU setting within a hospital environment
- Level IV NICU patient population, including post-op patients and complex neonatal cases
- Day/Evening shift, 12-hour shifts (7:00am–7:30pm)
- Monday through Friday schedule with 2–3 required weekends per 6-week scheduling period
Requirements
- Active WI or Compact RN license currently in hand
- Current certifications: BLS and NRP (both AHA only)
- Minimum of 2 years total NICU Level III/IV experience, with at least 1 year specifically in a Level IV NICU (Level III and Level IV experience may be combined to meet the 2-year total)
- Experience with post-op patients, g-tubes, trach/vent management, and various modes of invasive and noninvasive ventilation
Additional Information
- Provide complex neonatal nursing care including management of ventilated patients and post-surgical neonates
- 13-week contract assignment
