Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist with 2+ years of experience for a 13-week cardiac catheterization travel assignment requiring on-call availability and Epic EMR proficiency.
Details
- Cardiac Catheterization unit setting across two hospital facilities in the Dallas, TX area
- Position requires floating between two facilities as needed
- Day shift schedule, approximately 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, with some schedule flexibility
- Rotating on-call requirement of approximately 12–15 days per month and every other weekend
- Weekday call hours run from 3:00 PM to 6:30 AM; weekend call is 24 hours (7:00 AM to 7:00 AM)
- COVID-positive patient care is required
- Epic EMR used; experience with the system is required
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience required
- Current BLS certification required (AHA or Red Cross accepted)
- Current ACLS certification required (AHA or Red Cross accepted)
- ARRT and/or RCIS certification required; IR experience preferred
- Experience with Epic EMR required
- Must be available for rotating on-call shifts including weekends
- DOB and SSN required for consideration
- License required if applicable

- Scrubs in any color are acceptable; the facility also provides scrubs
- Local candidates are accepted for this position
