Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a GI Lab position requiring at least 2 years of GI/Endoscopy experience, with therapeutic experience and BLS certification required.

Details

Work in a hospital GI Lab unit
Day shift schedule: 5x8-hour shifts, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Every 5th weekend on-call requirement
Floating required
13-week contract

Requirements

Active PA RN license or Compact RN license required
Current BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of GI/Endoscopy specialty experience required
Therapeutic endoscopy experience required
2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
Copies of certifications required for consideration

Additional Information

First-time travelers with qualifying GI experience are welcome to apply
Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility may be accepted but at a different pay rate

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my first travel assignment. American Traveler has made the entire process feel easy from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, and I always knew what the next step was, i never felt like i was left in the dark. One of my favorite things has been how communicative everyone is. Whether it’s my recruiter, Amanda, or Iranna from payroll, I always get a quick response when I have a question. It’s nice working with a team that actually follows up and keeps you in the loop. Amanda has been awesome throughout my assignment. She checks in regularly with a call or text just to see how things are going and make sure I don’t need anything. That level of support has really stood out to me. I’m rly happy I chose American Traveler for my first assignment, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.
