Description
American Traveler is hiring a NICU RN for a night shift position requiring 18 months of recent NICU experience and an active OH or compact RN license.
Details
- Work in the NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) of a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule with 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- 13-week assignment length
Requirements
- Active OH RN license or compact license in hand required
- Current BLS certification required (AHA)
- NRP certification required
- Minimum of 18 months recent NICU experience required
- One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the NICU specialty from an assignment worked within the past 12 months required for consideration
Additional Information
- ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments will be completed during orientation, with up to two attempts allowed to achieve a passing score
- Nurses are currently exempt from the facility's nicotine-free requirement
- Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
- First-time travelers are not being considered for this position
- Previous permanent or per diem employees must wait 1 year from their previous end date before returning to Cleveland Clinic hospitals
- Travelers may remain on assignment for up to 18 months, with a 6-month break required before returning unless otherwise approved by the client
