Description
American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Trauma Care Stepdown (PCU) position requiring 2 years of experience and NIH Stroke Certification for an overnight shift schedule.
Details
- Work in the Trauma Care Stepdown (PCU) unit of a hospital environment
- Night shift schedule from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
Requirements
- Active RN license (NC or Compact) currently in hand
- Current certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and NIH Stroke Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Progressive Care/Stepdown or Trauma Care nursing required
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
Additional Information
- Provide nursing care to trauma stepdown patients requiring close monitoring
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this position
