Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel CT Technologist for an 8-week night shift assignment in a hospital-based CT Scan unit in Denver, CO, requiring a minimum of 6 months of recent acute care CT experience.

Details

• Work in a hospital-based CT Scan unit with 2 scanners located in Denver, CO
• Unit is staffed by 5 technologists across day and night shifts
• 1:1 patient ratio with 2 x-ray techs on the same shift for additional support
• GE equipment used; EMR is Meditech (prior experience preferred)
• Typical procedures include stroke/head imaging, chest/abdomen/pelvis (C/A/P), and routine CT
• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• 8-week contract duration

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of current acute care CT Tech experience
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of start)
• ARRT (R) or (CT) certification required
• Active license required if applicable
• US SSN and DOB required for consideration
• One professional reference required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Pediatric CT experience is preferred
• Prior Meditech EMR experience is preferred
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
