Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 2+ years of experience for a night shift assignment in a medical imaging department, with X-ray experience required.

Details

• Medical imaging department in an acute care setting
• Performs CT imaging studies as well as routine X-ray during night shifts
• 5x8-hour night shifts per week
• No call and no weekends required

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience
• ARRT (CT) certification required
• Current BLS required
• X-ray experience required
• NY state license required if applicable
• Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay; local candidates may be considered at a local rate
• Two references from a Charge RN, Supervisor, or Manager from the past year and within the CT/imaging specialty required for consideration

Additional Information

• Operates CT equipment to perform quality imaging studies on all patient types, ages, and medical conditions per physician orders
• Reviews completed studies for quality and accuracy
• Performs routine X-ray duties during night shift hours
