Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN for a 13-week travel contract in Lafayette, IN, requiring 3+ years of OR experience and active IN or compact RN license.
Details
- Hospital-based Operating Room setting with 10 ORs on the 2nd floor
- Diverse surgical patient population including General, Orthopedic, Spine, Neuro, GYN, ENT, Robotics, Urology, Podiatry, Vascular, and Open Heart cases
- Robotics experience is preferred; Vascular and Open Heart experience is a plus but not required
- EMR: Epic
- Schedule: Three 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM), Monday–Friday with varying days off
- Weekend shifts are on-call only; weekday and weekend call requirements apply
- No floating required
Requirements
- Active IN or compact RN license required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 3 years of OR nursing experience required
- US SSN required for consideration
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
Additional Information
- Surgery scrubs are provided by the facility
- Candidates living within a 50-mile radius of the facility are eligible but may be considered at a reduced rate
- Candidates must have an active license at the time of consideration
