Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel contract in California, requiring active CA licensure, ARRT(CT) certification, and at least 1 year of experience.

Details

• Diagnostic imaging department in an acute care hospital setting
• 4x10 hour day and evening shifts with no overnight shifts
• Every other weekend required
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience
• Active ARRT and ARRT(CT) certifications required
• Current CA Certified Radiological Technologist (CRT) license required — license required if applicable
• Current peripheral vascular access certification required
• Current BLS certification required
• Strong understanding of human cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, and medical terminology
• High degree of accuracy in CT positioning and exposure techniques
• SSN and DOB required for consideration

• CT Technologists serve as the primary liaison between patients, radiologists, and other members of the support team
