Description
American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist (X-Ray) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in diagnostic imaging for a 13-week travel contract.
Details
- Diagnostic imaging department within a hospital setting
- Performs general radiographic/X-ray examinations for diagnostic purposes
- 4x10 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist
- Graduate of an accredited 24-month Radiologic Technology program
- Active ARRT certification required
- Active Montana state Radiologic Technologist license required (license required if applicable)
- Current BLS certification required
- Demonstrated compliance with ARRT continuing education requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and an interdisciplinary healthcare team
Additional Information
- Operate ionizing equipment to produce radiographs of body regions as ordered by a licensed medical provider
- Evaluate radiographs using independent judgment to acquire optimum diagnostic information for each examination
- Must be able to follow established departmental procedures, work efficiently, and navigate emergent situations
- DOB and SSN may be required for consideration — confirm with your recruiter prior to submission
