Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist requiring 2+ years of experience and ARRT(CT) certification for a hospital radiology department.

Details

• Work setting is a hospital Radiology department performing computerized tomographic radiographs
• 10-hour day shifts, 4 days per week, totaling 40 hours weekly
• Floating between departments and/or local locations within 20 miles is required
• Epic EMR experience preferred

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of current CT Technologist experience required
• HS Diploma or GED required
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Safety and Health Institute)
• Primary ARRT certification required
• ARRT(CT) certification required
• NM State License required if applicable
• Must be knowledgeable of hospital policies and procedures

Additional Information

• Reviews exams for clinical appropriateness, prioritizes exams effectively, and communicates critical situations clearly
• Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius to be eligible for the travel position
• Local candidates are not accepted
• Former staff who left as permanent employees must wait one year before being eligible to return as a traveler
