Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic setting requiring 2+ years of experience in ortho, personal injury, and workers' comp cases.
Details
- Outpatient physical therapy clinic setting
- Patient population includes orthopedic, personal injury, and workers' comp cases
- Typical caseload of 12-14 patients per day, averaging around 60 patients per week
- Most locations utilize double booking of patients
- Schedule is Monday through Thursday 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM and Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- No weekend shifts required
- Uses RainTree EMR system
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required
- Experience in orthopedic outpatient, personal injury, and workers' comp cases required
- New graduates will not be considered
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Full support staff available at each location, including front office staff and PT Aides/Techs to assist clinicians with patient flow
- First day of assignment includes meeting staff, EMR introduction, and shadowing treatments
- Second day involves treating patients independently
- Clinicians carry a similar patient caseload to facility-employed staff
- Travel pairs are accepted for this position
- First-time travelers will not be considered due to new grad restriction and experience requirements
