Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist with at least 6 months of current Cath Lab experience and RCIS or RCES certification.
Details
- Work in a cardiac cath lab with 8 holding bays and 4 Cath/EP suites
- Unit staffed with 16 team members
- Patient ratio of 3 staff to 1 patient in the procedural area
- Procedures include LHC, RHC, EP ablations, pacer and ICD implants, cardioversions, TEEs, and tilt table tests
- Additional focus on EP/structural heart monitoring and right heart monitoring
- Uses Philips Fluoro Systems, Mac Lab, and CardioLab for EP procedures
- Charting completed in Meditech
- Day shift hours from 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Night coverage provided through a rotating on-call schedule
- Call schedule includes two weekends and 9-12 days of call within a 6-week period
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months current Cath Lab Technologist experience
- BLS certification required
- ARRT (R) certification required
- RCIS or RCES certification required
- Candidates with RCIS or RCES must be willing to apply for Fluoroscopy Operator registration with Colorado DORA prior to starting
- ARRT (CI) or (CV) certification preferred
- Scrubbing and monitoring skills preferred
- Prior Meditech experience preferred
- License required if applicable
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

- Radius rule of 50 miles applies; local candidates within this radius will not be considered
