Description
American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of experience for a 16-week travel assignment providing one-on-one patient care.
Details
- Outpatient clinic setting within the PT Outpatient department
- One-on-one patient care model with a caseload of approximately 50 patients per week
- Typical treatment sessions last 45 minutes one-on-one with the therapist
- Day shift schedule, 4x10-hour shifts, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Meditech charting system used for documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
- Current BLS certification required
- State PT license required if applicable
- Meditech charting experience highly preferred
- Experience with 1:1 patient care ratio
Additional Information
- Holiday coverage is required during the assignment
- Minimal RTO requested to accommodate scheduling needs
- Open to first-time travelers and travel pairs
- Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate
- Former permanent employees must wait 12 months before returning as travelers
- Non-billable orientation modules included as part of onboarding
