Description
American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist with 3+ years experience and MA licensure to perform screenings, diagnostics, biopsies, and bone density studies across multiple campuses.
Details
- Acute care setting within a Mammography unit
- Potential rotation across 4 different campuses using the same equipment
- Performs mammography screenings at all locations, with diagnostic imaging at one specific site
- Day shift schedule, typically 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with some shifts from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM
- 32-40 hours per week depending on scheduling needs
- No on-call requirements
- Uses EPIC EMR system
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mammography Technologist
- Current BLS certification
- ARRT (M) certification required
- Massachusetts state license required if applicable
- Must have experience performing bone density studies and biopsies
- Must be able to perform both screening and diagnostic mammography
- Must have documented completion of at least 200 mammograms within the last 2 years
- Continuing education units (CEUs) must be current
