Description
American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist-Diagnostic with Maryland licensure, ARRT certification, and hospital/trauma X-Ray experience with both adult and pediatric patients.
Details
- Hospital-based diagnostic radiology department
- Adult and pediatric patient population for X-Ray imaging
- Utilizes digital radiography (DR) imaging technology, including standard, portable, and specialized X-Ray equipment
- Night shift schedule, Monday-Thursday from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- 13-week assignment length
Requirements
- Maryland license required if applicable
- ARRT certification required
- BLS certification via AHA required
- Completion of an AMA-approved Program in Radiologic Technology or equivalent required
- Hospital and trauma experience required
- Experience with both adult and pediatric X-Ray imaging required
- OR and orthopedic imaging experience preferred
- Experience in a comparable facility size setting required
Additional Information
- Operate standard, portable, and specialized X-Ray equipment to perform radiographic exams for diagnosis and treatment
- Provide appropriate patient care while obtaining diagnostic images
- Work under general supervision of a Chief and Senior Technologist
- Accepts local candidates at the same rate
