Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN Care Manager for a day-shift role requiring an active ME or compact RN license and 2+ years of experience.
Details
- Work in the Care Management department of a hospital setting
- Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- 13-week contract assignment
- Uses EPIC EMR system
- Float policy of up to 25 miles between facilities as needed
Requirements
- Active RN license (ME or compact) required
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- Non-AHA certifications accepted at time of consideration but AHA certification must be completed before start
- Driver's License required for consideration
- 2 professional references required
Additional Information
- Candidates located within 90 miles of any MaineHealth facility are considered local
- Local candidates are not eligible for contract renewals or extensions
- RTO should be kept to a minimum, with 3-4 days considered reasonable for the 13-week contract
- Candidates who have worked at any MaineHealth facility within the past 12 months should disclose this
- Air pods, laptops, and cell phone usage are prohibited on the unit
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
