Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for an Emergency Department position at a 295-bed acute care facility, requiring 2+ years of ED experience and a KY or compact RN license.

Details

• Work in the Emergency Room department of a 295-bed acute care hospital
• Facility offers cardiac care and an advanced neurosurgery program with Spine Center accreditation
• 13-week assignment with a 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM shift schedule
• Required to work every other weekend

Requirements

• Active RN license (KY or Compact) currently in hand
• AHA certifications required
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department experience required
• Active Nursys/licensure verification required at time of consideration

Additional Information

• Provide emergency nursing care within an 11-county service area in south central Kentucky
• Must reside 60 miles or greater from the facility to be eligible for travel rate
• Candidates cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full-time while on assignment
• Weekly orientation occurs on Mondays
