Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 1+ years of experience and ARRT/TMB CT certification for a 13-week travel assignment in a fast-paced imaging department.

Details

• Work in a hospital Imaging Services/CT Scan department
• 13-week contract assignment
• 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Rotating weekends
• No call requirements
• Unit staffed with a lead and 4+ techs per shift depending on modality
• Equipment used is mostly GE
• High-acuity patient population including stroke and trauma cases

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent CT experience
• BLS and ARRT certification required
• TMB license required if applicable
• Stroke and trauma experience required
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• US SSN and DOB required for consideration (no Canadian SSN)
• One professional reference required
• No employment gaps of 90+ days in the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; no local candidates accepted
• Strong scanning skills and a calm, professional, team-oriented demeanor preferred
• Flexibility and a positive attitude are valued traits for this unit
• Dress code requires olive-colored scrub tops and black pants
• First-time travelers may be considered
