Pros
Nice organization and good education from the home office. Cons- Poor leadership at the local and regional level. Clinical Manager allow nurses to go 3-4 wks without documenting. Pt dies and you have to hold off on completing the task for the nurse to complete 3 wks of charting. CM let nurses not see pts 3 days out of week claiming to be documenting and they riding around town babysitting while drowning other nurses with 6 visits. CM does not provide education and support. CM does not address any concerns brought up by staff.
Cons
See above.
