Description

American Traveler is hiring a Labor and Delivery RN with 2+ years of current L&D experience and travel assignment experience for a night shift contract requiring TN or compact RN licensure.

Details

  • Hospital-based Labor and Delivery unit within a teaching hospital setting
  • Facility averages 200-300 births per month
  • Handles high risk antepartum and high risk delivery cases
  • Night shift schedule, 3x12 hours (18:45-7:15)
  • Nurse-patient ratios of 1:1-2 for labor patients and 1:8 for postpartum/couplet care
  • On-call required for 2 shifts per 6-week schedule period
  • Weekend requirements of every other weekend or 2 weekends per month
  • Floating required in accordance with facility floating policies and clinical experience
  • Cerner charting experience preferred but not required
