Description
American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for a Surgical Nights position requiring an active IL RN license and at least 2 years of experience.
Details
- Work on a surgical unit with some medical overlap based on patient bed needs
- Unit consists of 35 private patient rooms with two nurse stations
- Night shift schedule
- Staffing includes a shift supervisor and patient care techs on each shift
- Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5-6 on night shift
- Typically scheduled every other weekend
Requirements
- Active IL RN license required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience required

- Care for a surgical and medical adult patient population
- Manager is open to discussing holiday scheduling requests
