Description
American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for an Acute Neuro Unit position requiring 2+ years of recent specialty experience and NIH Stroke Scale certification.
Details
- Work in the Acute Neuro Unit of a hospital setting
- 12-hour day shifts with schedule varying between 7a-730p
- 3 shifts per week with 36 guaranteed hours weekly
- 13-week contract assignment
- No on-call requirements
Requirements
- Active RN license (GA or Compact) required
- Current AHA BLS certification required
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within the specialty required
Additional Information
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
- Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have a 2-year break in service
