Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Operating Room position requiring an active MA RN license and 3 years of inpatient/acute OR experience with trauma exposure.
Details
- 13-week assignment in the Operating Room department
- 4x10-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday through Friday
- No weekend shifts required
- Every other holiday coverage required
- On-call responsibilities required
Requirements
- Active RN license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Nursing degree: Diploma, ASN, or BSN (BSN preferred)
- Current BLS certification required
- CNOR certification preferred
- ACLS certification preferred
- Minimum 3 years of inpatient/acute Operating Room experience required
- Trauma experience required
- Must be experienced in a circulating role
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
Additional Information
- Perform circulating RN duties within the Operating Room
- Fluency in another language is a plus
- Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are considered local
