Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN - Med/Surg with strong ortho and neuro experience for a 13-week travel assignment in Johns Creek, GA.

Details

• Med/Surg unit on the 4th floor of a hospital setting
• 3x12-hour AM shifts per week (36 hrs/week)
• 30-minute meal break included in shift
• No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

• Active GA or Compact RN license required in hand
• BLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Strong orthopedic and neuro patient care experience required
• PD (peritoneal dialysis) experience required
• Travel nursing experience preferred

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates are not accepted
• Former Emory or Houston perm staff must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• RTO requests are limited to a maximum of 5 days if not falling on or near a holiday, or 3 days if falling on or near a holiday
• Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per assignment
• RTO days during holiday periods must be spread out rather than consecutive
• Candidates may only be submitted to one position at a time
