Description
American Traveler is hiring a Rad Tech for Cardiac Cath Lab in Atlanta, GA, requiring 18 months of relevant experience and strong endovascular skills.
Details
- Cardiac catheterization lab setting within an Electrophysiology unit
- Caseload of 15-20 cardiac catheterization, TAVR, Mitral Clip, and CTO procedures per day
- Uses balloon pump, Impella, Volcano, AngioJet, ICE, and laser equipment
- 3x12 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- 40 hours expected per week
- On-call required with rotating weeknights and weekends
Requirements
- Minimum of 18 months of experience in Cath Lab setting of similar acuity within the last 3 years
- Strong endovascular experience required for cardiac and vascular procedures
- License required if applicable
- Full SSN and DOB required for consideration

- Perform cardiac catheterization procedures including TAVR, Mitral Clip, and CTO interventions
- Scrubs provided at no cost

- Weekly billing cycle
- Radius rule of 50 miles applies; local candidates not permitted
- Former Emory or Houston perm staff must be separated for 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
- RTO limited to a maximum of 5 days if not falling on or near a holiday, or 3 days if falling on or near a holiday
- Only one holiday RTO request allowed per assignment
