Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room position requiring 3+ years of experience and IN or compact RN licensure.
Details
- Hospital-based Operating Room unit with 10 ORs
- Patient population includes General, Orthopedic, Spine, Neuro, GYN, ENT, Robotics, Urology, Podiatry, Vascular, and Open Heart cases
- Uses a variety of OR equipment
- EMR: Epic
- Schedule of three 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM), Monday through Friday with varying days off
- Weekend hours limited to on-call shifts only
- Weekday and weekend call requirements apply
- No floating required
Requirements
- Active IN or compact RN license required
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 3 years of Operating Room experience required
- Robotics training preferred
- Vascular and open heart experience preferred but not required
Additional Information
- Surgery scrubs provided
- Candidates should be positive, adaptable, self-starters who are attentive and able to anticipate needs
- Local candidates considered within a 50 mile radius at a reduced bill rate
