Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele position on a General Surgery Bariatric Unit requiring EPIC experience and a WA or compact RN license.

• General Surgery Bariatric Unit within a Med/Surg Tele department
• Day shift schedule, 3x12 hours from 7:00 to 19:30
• Floating may be required within the hospital based on patient care needs
• 13-week assignment length

Requirements

• Active WA or compact RN license required in hand
• Minimum 2 years of specialty experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• EPIC charting experience required
• Charge nurse experience preferred

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care on a general surgery bariatric unit with telemetry monitoring
• Complete facility-required orientation modules, typically taking 8-12 hours, signed off by unit managers
• Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate as non-local travelers
• Travel pairs accepted
• Former staff must be separated from the facility or system for at least 1 year before being considered for a travel assignment
• Maximum of 5 days RTO permitted per assignment, all RTO requests must be disclosed prior to consideration
• No blocked or custom schedule requests considered
