Description
American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg-Telemetry RN for a 12-week day shift assignment requiring BLS, ACLS, PALS, and prior MS/Tele/Wound Care experience.
Details
- 45-bed Med/Surg/Telemetry unit
- Day shift, 5:45 AM to 6:15 PM
- Patient ratio of 6:1
- Floating required
- No on-call responsibilities
- Block scheduling possible
- EMR: MEDHOST
Requirements
- Active TX or compact RN license
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Certifications must not expire within first 30 days of start
- 1+ years of recent experience in Med/Surg/Telemetry/Wound Care required
- No employment gaps of 90+ days in the past 12 months
Additional Information
- Dark navy blue scrubs required
- RTO requests must be less than 1 week
- Holiday blackout period December 24-25
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
- Not eligible if previously employed as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
