Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 3+ years of experience and ARRT-CT certification for a 32-hour evening shift contract in a Level III Trauma Center.

Details

• Work in the CT department of a Level III Trauma Center with a Level II NICU and Primary Stroke Center designation
• 2-bed unit handling CT patients
• Perform all CT scans, CTAs, stroke protocols, contrast and non-contrast studies
• Uses EPIC EMR and Toshiba CT equipment
• 8-hour evening shifts, Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with every Wednesday off
• Rotating weekend and holiday coverage
• On-call rotation every 6 weeks
• No floating required, though floating may occur as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in CT required
• BLS, ARRT-CT certification, and State License required (license required if applicable)
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
• Candidate's middle name or initial, date of birth, and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration
• At least one professional reference dated within the past year from a Supervisor, Manager, Director, or Charge RN

• Orientation includes New Employee Orientation (NEO) and one shift on the unit to learn workflow
• RTO approval goes through the unit manager
• First-time travelers considered upon review
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate with no radius restrictions
• Former Advocate Health employees or subsidiaries must be separated at least 12 months before being eligible for travel assignments
