Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with ARRT certification and 2+ years of experience, including at least one prior travel assignment.
Details
- Night shift schedule, Wednesday through Friday, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Perform CT procedures and operate scanner and related equipment
- Position patients on equipment and assist physicians with biopsies and drainage
Requirements
- Active Maryland license required if applicable
- Registered Radiologic Technologist certification (ARRT) required
- CPR certification required
- Completion of two years of occupationally specific education or an associate's degree in radiology technology
- At least 2 years of experience required
- Completion of at least one prior travel assignment required
- Experience at a comparable facility size is required
Additional Information
- Interact with radiologists, physicians, and nursing staff
- Counsel patients on radiographic procedures to be performed
- Secure patient consent for intravenous injections
- Local candidates accepted at the same rate
