Description
American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist with 3+ years of clinical mammography experience and ARRT certification in Mammography.
Details
- Performs breast imaging, ultrasound, and stereotactic-guided biopsy procedures
- Assists in technical orientation of cross-trained Radiologic Technologists and instructs them in complex or difficult procedures
- Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- 13-week assignment
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical mammography experience required
- Associate's degree preferred
- Recent biopsy and ultrasound experience preferred
- Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology
- ARRT registration with certification in Mammography
- BLS certification required
- License required if applicable
- Must maintain a second Mammography registry by annually accruing five ECEs specific to Mammography Education per MQSA standards
