Description
American Traveler is hiring an Emergency Department RN for a 13-week assignment requiring ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certification along with a GA or compact RN license.
Details
- Emergency Department setting
- 3x12-hour AM shifts totaling 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend required
- Floating to the Clinical Decision Unit as needed
- No on-call responsibilities
Requirements
- Active GA or compact RN license required in hand
- Current ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum of 18 months of relevant RN experience required
Additional Information
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
- Former Emory or Houston permanent staff must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
- RTO requests are limited to a maximum of 5 days if not near a holiday, or 3 days if near a holiday, with only 1 holiday request allowed
