Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced Operating Room RN with a minimum of 2 years of OR experience and previous travel assignment experience required.
Details
- Operating Room unit with a 1:1 patient ratio
- Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Weekend and holiday call required as needed, typically minimal (about once every couple of months)
- Travelers must work two of the three winter holidays
- Surgical Technologists are utilized for all cases, so RNs are not required to scrub
- Meditech charting system used
Requirements
- Active Maryland or Compact RN license in hand at time of consideration
- BLS and ACLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Minimum of 2 years of current, recent Operating Room RN experience
- Previous travel experience required
- Meditech charting experience preferred
