Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 2+ years of strong acute care CT experience for a night shift assignment at an academic medical center.

Details

• Academic medical center setting performing approximately 250 scans per day
• Work in Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, Emergency Department, and ICU settings
• Primarily adult patients with occasional pediatric cases
• CT imaging includes abdomen/pelvis with or without contrast, coronary CTA, cervical, lumbar, musculoskeletal trauma, thoracic, chest with or without contrast, and vascular chest studies (e.g., pulmonary embolism, CTA, aorta)
• Night shift, 4x10 hours from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend required
• Floating required within skillset without exception
• EPIC charting system used

Requirements

• ARRT(CT), ARRT(R), and BLS certifications required
• NJDEP license required before start date; license required if applicable
• Minimum 2 years of strong CT experience in an acute care setting
• Siemens equipment experience highly preferred

Additional Information

• Must work or provide on-call coverage for 1 of 2 or 2 of 3 winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's)
• Black scrubs required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate
