Description
American Traveler is hiring an RN for an Emergency Department role requiring ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications along with a GA or compact license in hand.
Details
- Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
- 3x12-hour AM shifts totaling 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend required
- Float to the Clinical Decision Unit as needed
- No on-call responsibilities
Requirements
- Active GA or compact RN license required in hand
- Current certifications: ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS
- Minimum 18 months of recent experience required
Additional Information
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates not accepted
- Former Emory health system perm staff must be separated for 1 year before returning; 18 months if returning to the same facility
- RTO limited to a maximum of 5 days if not falling on or near a holiday, or 3 days if it does
- Only one holiday RTO request allowed per assignment
