Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a home health and skilled nursing facility position requiring at least 1 year of experience and BLS certification.
Details
- Home health and skilled nursing facility (SNF) care setting, approximately 50/50 split which may fluctuate
- Occasional coverage to Hastings or Grand Island locations for SNF or HH may be needed
- Day shift schedule, 8-hour shifts
- Uses Homecare Homebase (HCHB) for charting
- No call or call-back required
- Work week runs Sunday through Saturday
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience required
- BLS certification required
- License required if applicable
- Valid driver's license required for consideration
- Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months worked, and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years worked, including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire
