Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 3+ years of recent inpatient experience and cardiac case experience for a night shift contract.

Details

• Inpatient setting with possible floating to outpatient
• 12-hour night shifts with variable days including weekends
• May be scheduled up to every weekend
• On-call as needed
• May be scheduled up to every holiday
• Uses Siemens Avanto 1.5T and Siemens 3T equipment

Requirements

• 3+ years of recent experience in an inpatient setting required, 5+ years preferred
• Recent experience with Siemens 1.5T and 3T equipment required
• Recent travel experience required
• Experience with cardiac cases required
• ARRT CT certification and BLS required
• License required if applicable
• 2 completed supervisory references required

Additional Information

• Expected to teach and allow new grads to shadow for part of the schedule, up to every scheduled shift
• All RTO must be requested at time of submission
• Candidate's permanent address must be 50+ miles outside of Fairbanks
• Not considering first-time travelers
• Free 1-bedroom housing available, pet units not available
• A vehicle for transportation is recommended due to winter conditions
• Fingerprints must be mailed to the Alaska Department of Health and Services within 48 hours of offer acceptance
