Description

American Traveler is hiring a dual modality Radiology Technologist (CT/X-ray) with 2+ years experience and ARRT-CT and ARRT-R certification.

Details

• Perform dual modality CT and X-ray imaging at a Healthplex location
• CT studies include heads, abdomen, pelvis, angiography, and extremities
• X-ray studies include chest (portable) and routine exams
• Volume of 0-15 exams per day, occasionally up to 22
• Uses EPIC EMR, Visage PACS, GE CT unit, and Philips X-ray units
• 12-hour night shifts from 7P-7A, Tuesday-Thursday
• Backup on-call required one weekend per month with a 45-minute response time
• No floating required outside of CT and X-ray at this location

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience preferred
• AHA BLS, ARRT-CT, and ARRT-R certifications required
• Active VA state license required at submittal, if applicable
• Strong IV skills required
• Experience with Fuji PACS preferred

Additional Information

• Floor-specific orientation provided
• Black scrubs required
• Holiday coverage only required if it falls on a scheduled shift
• No dedicated IV team, so strong IV skills are essential
