Description
American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist with current critical care experience for a 13-week day shift assignment requiring PALS certification.
Details
- Respiratory Care unit setting
- Shift hours 05:00-18:30
- Every other weekend and every other holiday required
- 13-week assignment length
- May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
- Uses EPIC EMR
Requirements
- WI license required prior to start date (license required if applicable)
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Current critical care experience required, or experience within the last 12 months
- BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications required (AHA)
- NRP certification optional (AHA/American Academy of Pediatrics)
- Prior travel experience preferred
- Ability to manage a heavy workload
Additional Information
- Provide respiratory therapy services within a critical care setting
- First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
- Local candidates accepted at a reduced rate per facility radius rule
- COVID vaccination not required
