Description

American Traveler is hiring a Special Education Teacher for middle and elementary school positions requiring an Illinois SPED license and LBS1 endorsement.

Details

Positions available across 2 middle schools and 1 elementary school
Day shift schedule, 5x7.5 hours, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Requirements

Illinois SPED license required if applicable, must be in hand at time of submission
Learning Behavior Specialist 1 (LBS1) endorsement required on PEL
Minimum 2 years of SPED teaching experience required
Resume required for consideration
2 references required for consideration

Additional Information

Fingerprinting required through the district, with candidates needing to be in-state to complete this process
Fingerprinting results must be received prior to start date, with an estimated turnaround of 2-3 weeks
