Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN Case Manager for a 13-week travel assignment requiring at least 2 years of case management experience and NC or compact RN licensure.

Details

• Care Management unit within a large 815-bed hospital
• Patient ratio of approximately 1:40
• Uses Cerner, NATE, and EnsoCare (post-acute) documentation systems
• Self-scheduling required
• Floating to other units as needed based on facility needs
• Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Requirements

• Active NC or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent case management experience required
• Strong documentation and communication skills required
• Ability to shift attention between multiple tasks required
• Ability to build trust with team members, patients, and families required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US SSN and DOB required for consideration (no Canadian SSN accepted)
