Description
American Traveler is hiring a Case Management RN with 2+ years of case management experience for a 13-week evening shift assignment requiring FL or compact RN licensure.
Details
- Care Management unit setting
- 12-hour evening shifts, 3 shifts per week (11A-11:30P)
- Deferred schedule type
- Floating to sister campuses required, with travelers prioritized for floating assignments
- No on-call requirements
Requirements
- Active FL or compact RN license with Nursys verification required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of Case Management experience required
- Care Management certification (AMC or CCM) preferred
- Degree accreditation documentation required
- Driver's license address must match address on file with Board of Nursing
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility and not own or cosign property within that radius
- Must secure full-time housing in the area rather than commuting from outside the region
- All RTO requests must be submitted at time of application, as facility will not approve additional RTO after submission
- Orientation begins on a Friday, including remote orientation and an in-person visit to the facility for badge/ID
- Hard document deadline is the Monday prior to start date with no exceptions for pending documentation
- Candidates are expected to integrate as core staff and demonstrate flexibility and teamwork
- Interview process includes an HWL prescreen interview followed by a manager final interview
