Description
American Traveler is hiring a CVICU/CCU RN for night shifts at a smaller independent hospital, requiring strong Day 0 CVICU experience and a Colorado or Compact RN license.
Details
- Covers both CVICU and CCU units
- Facility includes 2 Cath Labs, one of which is a Hybrid Cath Lab
- 12-hour night shift (1900-0730) including weekend rotation
- Must agree to participate in call rotation, taking one call shift per 2-week period in place of guaranteed hours if requested due to staffing needs
Requirements
- Active CO or Compact RN license in good standing
- BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association
- Minimum 3 years of RN Critical Care experience required
- Strong CVICU skills with Day 0 CVICU experience required
- Current flu vaccine required Oct 1 - April 1 with no exemptions accepted
- Correct SSN and DOB required for consideration

- Work at a smaller independent hospital located between Denver and Grand Junction on the I-70 corridor
- Facility focuses on keeping community members local while they heal
- Housing potential available near the hospital, including newly remodeled studio and 1-bedroom apartments
- Guaranteed hours do not apply on holidays
- Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility, with no local candidates considered
